Day 133

Psalm 119:9-14 How can a young man keep his way pure? By keeping it according to Your word. With all my heart I have sought You; Do not let me wander from Your commandments. Your word I have treasured in my heart, That I may not sin against You. Blessed are You, O LORD; Teach me Your statutes. With my lips I have told of All the ordinances of Your mouth. I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, As much as in all riches.

David is doing well at Summit Place and Jenny seems to be able to relax some. We are pleased with the level of care overall and the concern that the staff shows for David. You can visit David 24 hours a day (though it is easier from 7 am till 9 pm when you can come in the front door.) Directions: From Greenville - Take I-385 south (toward Columbia) to Exit 27 (Fairview Road). At top of Exit ramp, take a left back over the bridge over I-385, go to second traffic signal (very short distance) - take a right onto Hwy 417 (not marked well). Go about 0.6 miles and Summit place is on the left. Go in the front door and all the way down the hall to the nursing station (about 200 ft.) and the take a left to Room 907. David enjoys visitors (he doesn't respond alot, but he does like visitors) Please continue to pray for his recovery: Spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally. Pray for us as we make decisions about his future care and as we interact with different agencies that can help with his care.

Matthew 11:27-30 “All things have been handed over to Me by My Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
